It is 19:31 here, and a lot later over in Russia. Elena is probably out cold. I will send an email to Elena mentioning that the strikes caused the Post Office to be closed. I will attempt to send the money on Thursday. I will tell her to keep her chin up, and remind her that on Friday she will finally get to fly away from Russian to our bright future :D
